myPak Software Update

A new update to the myPak Software is now available!

Ensure myPak is shut down on every machine before running this update.

  1. 1. Click here to download the update.
  2. 2. Run the application, ensuring that ‘Run Anyway’ is selected in the Windows warning during installation.
  3. 3. Repeat step 1 and 2 on every myPak machine, ensuring all machines are up to date before running the program.

For help with existing software, consumable, or automation products, please fill out the ‘Submit Support Case’ form. 

A confirmation email will be sent out to the address specified in the form, and a member of the support team will reach out to assist with the issue.
