The Australian Pharmacy and Professional Conference & Trade Exhibition, which includes the Pharmacy Guild’s Annual National conference takes place again at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. Thankfully, one of the biggest and most popular trade exhibitions in Australia is far better known by its three-letter acronym (TLA), APP.
We’ll simply call the venue the ‘Convention Centre’ – GCCEC is just too much of a mouthful!
It’s come around far quicker this year than the previous 28. The 2018 Commonwealth Games took centre stage on the Gold Coast, leaving just a 10-month gap between conferences.
